Please note, the shipping terms set out below are only applicable to Australian Customers. Our Australia Wide shipping prices are generally fixed and depend on the total order value:
Up to $15.00 Freight Charge = $6.00
$15.01 - $50.00 Freight Charge = $11.00
$50.01 - $100.00 Freight Charge = $15.00
$100.01 - $250.00 Freight Charge = $20.00
$250.01 - $500.00 Freight Charge = $30.00
$500.01 and over Freight Charge = FREE
If you select the Insured Option (during the checkout procedures), the above freight charges will include an additional $3.00.
We reserve the right to amend these charges at any time, and in particular if any shipment is bulky or too heavy we will contact you accordingly and advise any additional freight charges that may be necessary.
ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
Customers from overseas must select the special payment option for International Customers. This will place your order on hold pending further advice (via email) from
Hand to Heart.
Please ensure that your email address is included.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
We endeavour to carry stock of the items that are listed. However, from time to time some items may be on back order. Where you place an order and stock is not immediately available, we will contact you before shipping any item to determine whether you want to hold your order pending receipt of the goods into our warehouse.

SHIPPING TIME AND METHOD OF SHIPMENT
Shipment of goods is usually between 1-6 business days after receipt of your payment (subject to availability of goods).
Shipping is either via Australia Post or via our contracted freight carrier. Depending on total packed dimensions of your order, some shipments may only be via the freight carrier. All shipments via the freight carrier must be to a street address (ie not to a PO Box) and will be subject to signed receipt. The only exception to signed receipt is if you provide us with a written request to deliver the goods to a specific location without siganture, in which case all responsibility for actual delivery passes to the buyer immediately upon collection of the goods from Hand to Heart by the freight carrier. Where the freight carrier is unable to deliver the goods on the first attempt and subsequent delivery attempts are required this may incur a $25.00 per delivery attempt charge.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
All sales are considered to be final. Refunds will only be given as may be required under Australian Law ie if goods are proven to be not as described, or are defective in material or design.
Refunds will not be given where customers simply change their mind or they consider that the goods are not really what they thought they wanted.

TRANSIT INSURANCE
Customers may purchase insurance to cover loss or damage in transit. The cost for this is $3.00 per delivery. Please select "Australia Wide - Insured" option during checkout procedures.
If the option for insurance is declined, customer accepts all responsibilty for loss/damage immediately the goods are passed to Australia Post or the freight carrier by
Hand to Heart.

PRICING
All prices and freight are quoted are in Australian Dollars and include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Any order being shipped overseas will be separately invoiced and will have the GST removed.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept payment by:
a. Visa or Mastercard.
Select the "Secure Credit Card" Payment Option.
b. Australian Money Order.
Select "Money Order" Option
c. Overseas Customers must select the special payment option for International Customers. This will place such orders on hold pending further advice (via email) from
